Its principal, Steve Macro, is a qualified accountant and an established and respected Independent Executive and Turnaround Specialist. He has a proven record in leading businesses in a variety of sectors, often in challenging circumstances.
We have operated in many diverse sectors including complex areas such as Health and Education and in all circumstances have shown our ability to rapidly understand the complexities of new sectors and those of the business.
For us Business Critical would typically mean a project involving:
- Turnaround, Financial Restructuring & Cashflow Management
- M & A including pre and post deal support and integration
- Business Plans and Modelling
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management
- Finance Team Development and Improvement
- Business Process Development and Improvement
We will take up Executive Roles or work alongside and support your Board and Management Team in a Non Exec capacity or with a Consultancy brief.
